In this repository you will 2.6x, 3.0x and the new 5.0 series of the editor. This comes packaged as a standalone Joomla plug-in which is preconfigured to work out-of- the-box.

The JCK Editor is completely free for all, it doesn’t require a subscription and you can download it and use it on any many sites as you wish.

This is a Joomla component for the Editor. When accompanied with the JCK Editor it works to open up a world of possibilities! In its simplest form - it’s a way of effortlessly extending (with plugin-ins) and configuring the JCK Editor.
There is a free Lite version with limited functionality and a Professional version for paying subscribers.

A JCK Plug-in consists of a program that interacts with the editor. These plug-ins or apps are installed via the JCK Manager and are used to quickly customize and expand the functionality of the JCK Editor.

Many of these plugins are completely free and don’t require a subscription to download and use them!  However, we have developed quite a few commercial plug-ins which allows our paying subscriber to enjoy a fuller and professional editing experienced.

The monies generated by these extensions helps fund the project which is non-profit.
