1. User folder compatibly for the Simply Image Gallery and All Videos plug-ins. This means that users can now manage there own videos and image galleries!

Changes:

1. Removed the reliance on the mootools domready event for loading up the editor. This should improve the editor reliability by removing the possibility of JavaScript framework conflicts with mootools.

Fixes:

1. IE9 - this issue was highlighted with Joomla!’s 1.2.4 version of mootools with IE9, which prevented the editor from loading up.
2. File browsers, Jtreelink, Jlink issue - this was due to the way Joomla 1.6 is now loading up system plugins.
