Version: 2.2 / 2012-11-02

It’s extremely easy to use; it doesn’t require the user to handcode HTML or to write a plugin tag! And in theory it can work anywhere, in any component, module, content item etc… in fact wherever the editor can go, it can go!
It works to take the hassle out of building, managing, and linking to external content. The user only needs to paste the 'URL' into the URL dialog box, set height and width and you’re – done! However, for those who would like to take it further users can opt to Enable Scrollbars, Show iframe Border, Advisory Title, apply id or CSS styles or even write your code inline!
V2.2 - v2.1 Updated the Insert html plug-in to include the GNU licence and index.html
V2.1 - Fixed an issue with the WYSIWYG iFrame area not displaying correct in Joomla 1.6 +
V2.0 - Width issue with defining the frame in %.
In Joomla 1.6 to 2.5+ an article filtering rule imposed on all user groups by default. To stop Joomla stripping away your iFrame tags yon must configure your user groups ‘Filter Type’ to: ‘No Filtering’ for the respective Filter Groups. Please see our Installation Guide for more information.
This plugin out-prioritises the JCK Media Embed plugin and so will assume control of any JCK Media Embed content items.
Please note that this "plug-in" is required to be installed via the editor's JCK Manager component. This looks and works similar to the stock Joomla installer allowing users to expand the functionality of the editor with JCK plug-ins. Please see our Installation Guide for more information.
