I cant insert or modify images because the browser send me the error : resuorcetype is null

i have Joomla 1.5.20
i change all file permision on /images and plugin folder on 777
folder image : images
flash : images/flash
file : files

Please try using CCleaner or manually clearing your browser cache

nothing i try to use another browser like chrome but the result dont change
