I have found how to change the background color of the editor and how to link to custom style sheets, but nothing seems to allow me to show the background image of the site as the background in the editor. It flashes up briefly, but is then covered by a single color, usually white.

I have tried setting the background color to none in the parameters for joomlaFCK, but this does not seem to work.

Any ideas?

Hi,

i don't know how to use a background image, but if you have a website with a dark background, this the solution:


1. Open the file helper.php located in plugins/editors/jckeditor/includes/ckeditor/htmlwriter/javascript

2. Look for the line with the code: $bgcolor = $params->get( 'bgcolor','#ffffff');

3. Replace #ffffff with your background color.
