I have received this error and can not get to my admin panel.
Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

I re-installed from ftp directory but still have error. This happend on another site that I tried to install ckeditor on too. Please advise.

Hi Steve,

Thank you for your post.

You error message is an sever-side issue.

The error message is informing you that your website is unable to connect to your MySQL database. It is likely that your database service is dropping which is casuing the follow error.

I would let your hosting provider know.
