It could be that GoDaddy for some strange reason does not support the .tar.gz package and therefore Joomla is not permitted to install the editor for you.
The good news is that we also packaged the editor also in a .zip format. You could try downloading the zip version for our editor from repository and giving that a try.
I am pretty sure that the zip package will work if not, you can try uploading and installing the editor from Directory. Please see:
