Hello,

I just installed uploaded and installed the new Editor and for some reason when I changed my editor in Global Setting and then also in user settings to joomlaCK and when i go to edit the main page the editor/ page wont load.

I am running Joomla Version 1.5.15

I also have a couple other editor install and wonder is there is a conflict

Editor - JCE 1.5.6
Editor - TinyMCE
Editor - XStandard Lite 2.0


If I need to disable these please include a brief descriptions of the steps..

there is no error message when the page loads, just nothing comes up...

weird...

Nothing appears the page doesn't load period it just goes right to done.


I just want to make sure I am installing it correctly I am installing

plg_jckeditor3.2.zip & plg_jckeditor3.2.tar.gz

and the screen shots are attached that I seen when the install is complete

Sorry I could not see a screen shot. There are one of a few solutions to solve this issue:

1) Run CCleaner on your PC to clean up the cache on your PC. This normally resolves the issue.
2) While downloading the editor, the file became corrupted. In which case you would need to re-download the editor and re-install it.
3) Your folders do not have the write file permissions and when the editor installed, it was unable to extract all of the files correctly.
4) The 'Auto Load' setting in the plugins parameters is set to 'No'. Try setting this to 'Yes'.

Hopefully one of those will resolve the issue.
