Quotes in the code keep being changed to " when what I really need is for it to be just left as a quote mark ". This is a big problem when it comes to other plugins that need the quote marks. JoomlaCK Editor is rendering itself useless with this one simple problem going unresolved for several months now.

Anyone now of a fix for this or can you recommend an editor that works without changing my code?

Thank you for your post

Html entities are w3s compliant, however if you want to change it back you can by modifying the:

Code:
jsckeditor/config.js file 

and changing the value to
Code:
config.entities = false;
