1.)    Can I distribute verbatim copies of the program's source code?
You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the program's source code as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish on each copy an appropriate copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty; keep intact all the notices that refer to this License and to the absence of any warranty; and give any other recipients of the program a copy of this License along with the Program ... [ http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html#SEC3 ]

2.)    Can I modify the JCK Editor and its extensions?
You may convey covered works to others for the sole purpose of having them make modifications exclusively for you, or provide you with facilities for running those works, provided that you comply with the terms of this License in conveying all material for which you do not control copyright. [ http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html ]

3.)    Does the license allow someone to sell and redistribute a copy of the JCK Editor and it extension?
When we speak of free software, we are referring to freedom, not price. Our General Public Licenses are designed to make sure that you have the freedom to distribute copies of free software, that you receive source code or can get it if you want it, that you can change the software or use pieces of it in new free programs; and that you know you can do these things."

4.)    Can you relicense code you did not write?
Anything that's GPL has to stay GPL, ownership intact; same.

5.    JCK Editor Name, design and Logo Use
The JCK (JoomlaCK) Editor ‘logo’ design and ‘Office2007 skin' are trademarks and Intellectual Property of WebxSolution Ltd.

6.    Use of non-code elements such as Images, CSS and formatting markup.
Code elements must be licensed under the GPL because they are derivative works. However, the non-code elements such as the Images, CSS and formatting markup are just data acted upon by the software and may be licensed in any way the author sees fit.
(a.)  Dryicons: WebxSolution Ltd has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Licensed Material an unlimited number of times in any and all media for the following commercial or personal purposes (together the "Permitted Uses") subject to the restrictions set forth in the Agreement: http://dryicons.com/terms/commercial/

Commercial software means that there is some sort of commercial activity surrounding that software. In this case we are charging for money for distribution, support, developing and documentation by way of a subscription to our service. This applies to the JCK Manager and some of our JCK plugins and again you are free to use and install them on any of your sites under the GPL licence.
